Job Description

As a Content Service Representative, you will manage, organize, and maintain essential insurance and business content using proprietary systems. You’ll support client requests, ensure content accuracy, and collaborate closely with content and customer service teams to deliver reliable, high-quality resources for global users.

Job Overview

Employment type: Indefinite term type contract
Shift: Day shift, approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Colombian time (weekends off)
Work setup: Work from Home, Colombia

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience

Your Daily Tasks

  • Obtain insurance carrier documents such as underwriting manuals, policy wordings, job aids, and related forms from various sources
  • Use proprietary tools and systems to upload and manage client and carrier resources in line with requirements and standard procedures
  • Manage client content requests, including uploading documents and troubleshooting content-related issues
  • Work closely with the Content and Customer Service teams to ensure strong client support
  • Assist with project initiatives as needed
